This new specialized firm has been created to offer to its clients a personalized service of high quality and oriented to satisfy the needs of claims as well as insurance as bonds.

Realizing specific activities like inspection of risks, determination and quantification of sinister losses, payment claim, negotiation on the adjustment and to obtain the reimbursement of our clients according to the insurance agreement and the Law that regulates it, to represent to the insured on the admistrative processes of claims before the CONDUSEF and its case, represent them before the competent Courts for a judicial action; as well as to prove the existence and recoverableness of the secured liabilities to claim the bonds.

With all the experience acquired during almost five years, as creator of ideas and management vision realized on the last firm and with the objective to create a service corporation, distant from the traditional law offices of consultantship or consultancy, we have concentrated under this concept, a continuos updating of our specialized knowledge on the insurance practice in order to give professional consultantship, obeying the applicable legal precepts, extent of the insurance agreements clauses and prevailing practices on the adjustment of the same, as well as knowing the operation of the bonds and its correlation with the applicable special legislation and their suppletory rules.
